End of Summer

Not exactly a beach day. So much for the last days of summer. It has been foggy, humid, grey, and drizzly for the past three days. The boats are out of the water and the beach box has been removed from the beach.

Finished The Golem and The Jinni- really liked it. Sorry to have it end. Returned it to the library and another new book caught my eye (when will I learn to just drop the book in the drop box.....?) The Kashmir Shawl. A little slow to start but now getting into it. My friend recommended The Lemon Tree so I requested that from the library. It was listed as on the shelf so hopefully that will come in next week. Looking forward to my book club weekend in Rhode Island in two weeks.
